Some days random thoughts "ping" around in my head.
1. I miss my kids.
Not as much as when we first started the "split parenting" mode six years ago. But they've been gone long enough. It's time for them to come home. They have grown up enough that they went from having a room for their beds & a room for their toys to two seperate bedrooms. They will be suprised to come home and find new paint, carpet & vinyl. I want them proud of their home.
2. My Mogie
She has to see an oncologist tomorrow. If it's not one piece of her having problems it's another. My bestest friend since high school. We've been together through the boyfriends, the high school, the kids, the weddings, the divorces. She keeps threatening me that she isn't supposed to live to be 100. But she will. I believe in her.
3. Darla
Germany. If she does it will be a great adventure. If she doesn't than I will see her more. Either way - I can handle it. I must. Just a short period of time compared to how long I have her.
We are going to see her and Spanky for Easter. We are VERY excited.
