I love the rain. The smell of it. The sound of it. L.O.V.E. it. But where we live it can get a little excessive after awhile. We lived in Central Oregon for three brief years. The dry desert like climate took a little bit to get used to. And I missed Real trees & rain terribly. The past five years this job has transferred us to Eastern, Southern & now Northwest Oregon. And I realize two things
1. I miss the sun
2. I miss my mommy
So I wrote us up some fancy-shmancy resumes & a cover letter.
And I emailed them off to all the big property mgment companies that I know of.
And I'm crossing my fingers & praying real hard....
...that one of them will scoop us up & drop us back in Central Oregon.
The Redmond/Bend area would be fabulous.
1. Close to the parentals... but not in the same town.
2. Sun. sun. smacking sun.
I even have Butch onboard for the idea!!
It does get a bit cold and icy and somewhat snowy in the winter. But due to the absence of rain... it's great climate to get out year round in!
In my lifetime jobs have always just happened. They work out or they don't. I put the worm on the hook... and hope that they take the bait!
