I got two emails this morning.
One from the new management co - eff 1/1/2012 - the C.O.O.
"Your current boss gave us glowing recommendations about you. We want to keep you two on as staff. We'll be there hopefully late October to check out the properties and discuss compensation & benefits."
One from the C.O.O. of the current company I still work for (he doesn't know about email #1)
"I am waiting to hear back from New Co as to if they are keeping you are not. I believe that doesn't go into effect until Jan 1st. In the meantime I'm working on a new project that might open a position. But I want you to have them as a back-up plan, just in case."
Good to know that we're still employed no matter what.
Chances are New Boss pays more & has way better perks.
But Old Boss could give us a cut back in responsibilities, and move us.
But New Boss will probably come with better transfer oppurtunities.
I know I know.
Just gotta be patient.
And wait and see what happens...
