We're spending the weekend with our friends. They live a 4.5 hr drive from us, in Florence, where it's been brrrr cold the whole time. Tammy gave me the fabulous pic I'm wearing in this picture.
So like I previously mentioned... we've been debating the pro's & con's of moving.
These two people are a Big Reason why we would choose to move.
Because we'd get to be near them & hang out with them.

New boss, but same home
New home, but same boss
Same home, possible pay raise
New home, possible pay cut
Same home, after a year, complete overhaul to brand new
New home, probably a dump, with no time frame or ever a possible overhaul
New home, new headache tenants
Same home, same headache tenants

New home, closer to family and friends
Same home, still farther away from family and friends
No matter what... same distance from sisters
New home, change of school for boys right after spring break
Same home, doesn't effective their schools
New home, new paperwork, less than 100 tenants
Same home, paperwork doubling, for my 108 tenants
Same home, will have to hire FT assistant, new landscaper
New home, no need of assistant or landscaper
