So we did it.
Turned in our 2 week notice yesterday.
May 15th the uHaul will pull out...
Today has been a bombardment of people and phone calls and text messages and emails...
Because on top of prepping for a move, I'm knee deep in rents, and prepping for four audits (two of which I won't be here for, but will have the paperwork for them ready).
I haven't worked out in almost two weeks.  Which is the longest stretch I've gone since May 1, 2011.  I'm exhausted.  And tomorrow I will be hiking up the big girl panties and tackling it all over again. GOOOO Team!

Oh my goodness the truck pulled out today!! Wow!!

It didn't end up pulling out until almost 7, because of how late our boss left (& finally gave us our check). We ended up crashing at a hotel on the way there. Same town as bio-dad. Which worked fabulous. Were able to a) park the uhaul in front of his house and b) take Austin for a quick evening shopping trip and c) freak our cats out by treating them to their first motel experience.

    Some people make parenting look sooo easy.  They are big fat liar pants.  Parenting is hard.  Kids can be awful.  They don't come with an Instruction Manual.  I started young and have grown up with them.  We have gone through a lot together.  And I would have never been able to do it without the wonderful family I have.  I started blogging because of Twin.  She said that it wasn't nice of me to take a Bad Day out on the Hubby or the Brats.  And so this began.... it's my Rantings From The Time Out Corner... because, let's face it - when I'm full on Cranky Pants... my hubby doesn't fail to make me go Sit One Out for the Team.  (for more see ME above)
